Lonely but lovely house seeks tenants!

Hi, I'm a medium size, newly refurbished, warm and comfortable house with all the bells and whistles like dishwashers, fridges, washing machines, broadband, furniture and a nice garden. But I'm lonely and need company. Each of my rooms is a very good sized double, with large communal kitchen. I'm available now and can't wait to meet you! p. s Don't worry about any maintenance or if I go wrong, there is a local doctor (contractor) who fixes me when anything goes a bit south, but that is rare and I'm in very good shape!
