Room has its own toilet and sink and a nice bright aspect over wide road with trees through a large double glazed window. Single bed, wooden Bureau/desk, large wooden wardrobe with mirror doors, chest of drawers and side table and large bookshelf. Wooden floor. Under bed storage drawers. A fridge can be provided on request.

Shower is in a shared bathroom., there is a large garden and surrounded by parks. Child's Hill Park is a few steps away and has an outdoor gym. Co-op and Sainsbury's are close walking distance.

Large house with large kitchen and washing machine and dryer, Garden. Super fast Broadband.

We have 2 friendly cats and we are a vegetarian household.

Also happy to do 5 nights @ £125 for longer term rentals or Full time Short Lets from 1 month upto 4 months.

Short lets work out at £25 per night, so £175 per 7 day week.

Ideal for students at ESCP and Hampstead School of English which are both walking distance, this is a safe spot, well lit and very close to main road with buses.

TRANSPORT

I min to bus stop with buses direct into central London, multiple locations. 7-8 mins walk to Golders Green. 1 1/2 mile walk to Finchley and Frognal or West Hampstead overground or Finchley Road tube in Zone 2 or 8-10 mins on bus.

Golders Green is a transport hub with coaches to Luton and Stansted. West Hampstead has trains to Luton and Gatwick.

The house is less than 10 minutes drive to the M1 & A406 and A1 to Central London.
