Beautiful Double bedroom studio with its own entrance.
En-suite bathroom and little kitchenette, washing machine etc.
All bills included @ £1000 per month.

THE HOUSE
There is a big common living room with TV, Sky and Netflix followed by a second living room with a big sofa and a lot of space for some exercise.
There is also a large screen movie projector for the cinema nights at home! Karaoke Machine, Electric Guitar (sadly none of us can play), lots of DVDs, Cooling fans.

Kitchen with all amenities and dishwasher, blender, juicer, coffee machine, etc.
Dining table area facing the garden, washing machine and a separate dryer, an iron.

Peaceful Buddhist garden with an amazing relaxing sitting area with heaters for the cooler days, table tennis, BBQ and fire pit for open fire is our newest addition.

Both kitchen and outside sitting area has Alexa and Sonos for playing music.

You would be sharing with 3 ladies from Portugal and Italy. There are 4 bedrooms in total.

Cleaner 1 x week and your bedroom can be cleaned as well if you wish.
