Hope you are good and healthy!
We have single bedroom up for rent in our beloved house.

The house is incredible, spacious and in a strategic position, both for transports and shops (you will always find everything you are looking for at max 10 mins walk distance).
But what makes this house really special, are the housemates all lovely and respectful.
If you are looking for not just flatmates, but people that potentially you can be friends with, this is the place for you! :)
Plus, there is a huge backyard which is not overlooked.

But said that, you don't have to worry, we are not party animals. During the work week we are all working from home, so we like to keep it quiet and we are respectful of each other private time

Oh hey, and besides, ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED ;)

Hygiene and respect are essential. We do have a cleaning system which works perfectly. You will never see a sink full of dirty dishes again ;)

If you are a young, dynamic professional, that is looking for a quiet house during the workweek, but enjoys a social atmosphere during the weekends, you will fit perfectly here!

Also, we are super close to Finsbury Park Station, quite useful for transports! (5 mins walk)

Nice, furnished modern kitchen with a lovely large back garden and plenty of bathrooms/showers and toilets.

The house is just off the High Street, so is located extremely close to all amenities such as Supermarkets (LIDL, TESCO, SAINSBURY'S), pubs and restaurants, huge gym, also banks (HSBC, BARCLAYS, SANTANDER,...) and many more shops (Poundland, Costa) nearby.

Victoria Line: 5min to Kings cross, 10min to Oxford Circus and 15min to Victoria

Picadilly Line: 15min to Covent Garden, 30min to Earls Court

Direct Train to Old Street

Plenty of 24h and night Buses:

Travel Advice: Finsbury Park station is a short train distance to CENTRAL LONDON, also, plenty of bus routes available.

We take good care of our home so we are looking for lovely, tidy people to share the house.
