Nice Double Room In Finsbury Park

Hi everyone, I have a double room to rent close to Finsbury Park station, available from Apr 12. The room is cosy but bright, and it comes furnished but some items can be removed if you’re bringing your own.

We'd like our new flatmate to be someone mature, clean, and considerate. Ideally, someone who has a proper 9-5 job outside of the home (some work from home is OK). Females over 25 preferred.

We don't mind the occasional guest or two but this is a quiet flat so we tend to socialize outside. This is our home so we do our best to respect each other's space. You can definitely enjoy a peaceful evening here. Introverts are welcome, at the same time we'd like our new flatmate to be someone friendly, who won’t shy away from a chat or a random meal together if our schedules allow.

The flat is very well connected with the rest of the city via the tube, buses, rail and Overground, with the necessary amenities, pubs and restaurants a stone’s throw away. The area isn't pretty, but it's been growing in the past years and it's becoming more and more popular. There's a big park a few minutes away and a gym around the corner.
Unfortunately, we're on the 3rd floor so the room isn't a good fit for people who cycle.
