We are 2 friendly professionals (academic, 33 and 36 y old) looking to let a lovely double bedroom on our 3-bed and 2-bathroom house share. The room is a large L-shaped space, located on the upper floor and overlooks the garden. There is plenty of light from 4 large windows and the room comes fully furnished. The large lounge and kitchen area make for a very big common space. We enjoy cooking meals together and generally keeping things clean, tidy and nice to live in.
The garden is a real bonus, it is very well maintained (flowers and a pear tree!) and has an outside patio area, with table and chairs, for BBQs and alfresco dining. The house is very well equipped and has recently been refurbished.
