Cozy double room in a vegan/vegetarian house

Hi I’m moving out from my awesome room near by Clissold park in North London.

It’s available from the 1st Aug but ideally even a few days before in case someone is looking to move quicker. I’m sure we can arrange something.

The room itself is great. A lot of storage around, double bed with wardrobe and desk are included.

We have one bathroom with toilet upstairs and one toilet with sink downstairs.
The kitchen is big enough to have 2 people cooking at the same time and connected by a little window to the living room.

The living room is nice and cozy. Internet fast broad band and all the bill are included in the £650.
Every 2 weeks we have a trustable cleaner doing a great job and it costs us £12 each.

We have a lovely terrace where you can chill too.
Off road parking (Hackney parking permit required).

The area is good, lots of great shops around, local Salisbury, organic shop, barber, Pub and off licence.

Clissold park just 2 minute walk, Finsbury Park station station just 15 min walk, Arsenal station 15 min Walk and Manor House station 20 min walk. You get to Oxford circus from finsbury Park in 7min.
