We will be relocating to another part of London and as such are looking for a lucky person or couple to move into our flat under 5 minutes walk from Finsbury Park. Move in date flexible but earlier is preferable.

The flat has a bathroom, bedroom and living space/kitchen as shown in the photos. It will be part-furnished. There is also a FREE laundry room with two washers and two dryers and a large communal garden.

Furnishings include the yellow sideboard, black sofa seen in one of the photos (green one will be going with us unfortunately), table and two chairs, fridge and wardrobe.

Some bills are included, the only things you’d need to worry about are internet and council tax.

The location is ideal as it’s under 5 minutes to Finsbury Park where you can catch the National Rail, Victoria and Piccadilly underground lines - most places take less than 30 minutes to get to.

The flat is managed through an agency who are really responsive. They ensure that the communal garden and hallways are mowed and cleaned and are quick to deal with any issues (we’ve only had one in the past 9 months).

We’re really bummed to be leaving this flat but hope to hear from some lucky people soon! Get in touch ASAP because this one won’t be here for long!
