We are looking for a new housemate in a sociable home in Finsbury Park.
About us:
Most of us met through Spare Room and one is a friend. The landlord likes to keep a 50:50 gender split, so you'd be joining 2 boys from Liverpool and Milton Keynes and a girl from Budapest. Adam and Scott both work in the festival business and Laura works in hospitality. We are a very friendly and sociable bunch, Adam likes to cook a roast sometimes, and we all go for pints sometimes at the Fullback which is conveniently on our road.
We're looking for someone outgoing and fun! We're all big characters in our own ways and want to keep the harmonious, friendly atmosphere as it is.
About the flat:
The flat has 4 bedrooms and is split over the top 2 floors of the house. We've got 2 bathrooms, a living room and balcony, and kitchen/diner with dishwasher, tumble dryer, etc.
We are a 5 minutes walk from Finsbury Park (Victoria & Picadilly lines and National Rail) and a 7 minute walk from Crouch Hill (Overground), plus there's loads of buses nearby. We're spoilt for choice with restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance.
The room available is a funished double room. Rent is £550 each month. Bills are around £100 on top of that for council tax, gas, electric and internet.
