Room available in a communal, vegi, house share

This is an opportunity for you to join our lovely quiet household in our ground floor/basement flat located within a 15 min walk of both Finsbury Park and Crouch End. The nearest station is Harringay overland (1 stop north of Finsbury Park).

We’re looking for somebody to join our home and be part of our community.

We’re like a family where we like to share our food and take on minor responsibilities around the home.

We go to Alexandra Palace farmers market each Sunday to buy enough food for the whole house as we love to cook for each other. Each member is also welcome to buy their own bits and bobs too.

You could have the pleasure of living with 4 men and 1 lovely tiny little lady.

Michael 56 our resident Irish Buddhist plumber, very handy! He’s the eldest member of the community both in age and time with us. Ex professional chef and a damn sexy hummingbird.
Bogdan 28, cheeky Romanian cool dude who works in portfolio management. He has all the craziest ideas.
Orshi 26, miniature creature of the forest, painter and creator. Also works in a hotel as the general dogs body.
Robert,26. lanky, goofy entrepreneur and wannabe philanthropist. All round handyman, gardener, chef and photographer.
And Equador, 35 is a full time entertainer of magic and bubbles. Into astral projection, creativity and finding the next best cure all supplement. Connoisseur of water and coffee.

We have a lovely long garden and grow some vegetables ourselves.

Our kitchen is filled with all the mod cons including Vitamix, espresso machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We’re not a “party” household, though we do have maybe 1 or 2 big parties a year and quite a few civilized small dinner parties. No smoking in the house, but we do have a balcony.

We don’t have TV in the living room, but do have a 3 meter wide projector which we occasionally use together.

Vegetarian is preferred, a dab hand in the kitchen and into healthy eating too.

The moving is flexible, but has to be filled by 15th Oct. The rent is only £374, plus £85 bills and £40 into the communal food fund. Total only 499/month.
