** due to the COVID-19 emergency I’m subletting my room for at least 3 MONTHS, possibly more depending on when I’ll be able to come back to the UK**

About the room:
As you can see from the pictures it’s not the biggest room in the house but is cozy. It’s on the back side of the house, far from the traffic of the road and with a beautiful view of the garden.

Large communal spaces include beautiful conservatory living room, large garden, very large kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, rice cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Three floors with a shower/bathroom and toilet on each.
Super friendly housemates, all working professionals who enjoy socialising over a glass of wine, music and a game of cards against humanity.
We like to have fun (occasional parties/games nights/ pub quizzes) but also very respectful of each other’s work schedules and neighbours etc.
No smoking in the house but totally fine in back garden.

Great location with many transport links, zone 2 and easy to get into the city or central in just 20mins. Nearest tfl underground Manor House or Finsbury Park. Bus routes 341, 141, 29, 254.
Beautiful nearby parks Clissold Park and Finsbury Park and there’s also a really nice reservoir for walks and a rock climbing and bouldering centre The Castle opposite.
