Both room are furnished and have desks.

Nice and safe development

There is good shopping nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants, climbing centre and beautiful gym with swimming pool.

There are 2 house mates living in the flat: Paul and Dheer.

The bills including council tax, water, unlimited fibre optic broadband, cleaner for communal areas and gas and electricity are included.

The rooms are available short term as we have to take the flat back due to personal circumstances.

The kitchen is well equipped and it has washing machine and drier.

There is a separate bathroom and toilet. We neighbours in the flat upstairs had a slow leek and it has made the walls in these wet but the rooms are unaffected.
