Hello, we’re looking for a fourth flatmate to join our lively and spacious Victorian house in Finsbury Park. The house is spacious and healthy, there are separate kitchen and living room, as well as an outdoor space. We’re 3 female professionals, who enjoy to share a meal and to watch movies together. We have many plants and a shared library, and the house is v bright. We’re looking for someone who is keen to share a house and an everyday life.
A little about us:
Annalisa loves to play volleyball, cycles around and works for a non for profit in the field of open data.
Ludo works in marketing, likes to draw and is learning the guitar.
Margaux has fallen for the cliché and owns a sourdough starter and hosts a bookclub, which you are welcome to join. She works for a literary agency.
We’d love to hear about you and can send more photos and videos upon request. Bills come about £85/90 a month. The lease is 12 months. We can be a little flexible about moving date if needs be. The house is about 10/12 minutes walk from Finsbury Park, the Stroud green way. Closest supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. Great pubs and restaurants also are a short walk away, as well as the breathable park land.
