A double room is available in a very large shared house in Finsbury Park/Stroud Green from Sunday 8th August. It's on the first floor at the back and looking out on to the garden rather than the road. Set over four floors, this big old rambling seven bedroom house has a huge bathroom plus a separate shower room and a separate toilet, so there is never a wait. There is a lovely kitchen and dining space in the basement leading on to a small private garden and a separate shared living room. The house is near the bakers, greengrocers, cafes and restaurants of Stroud Green Road, and walkable to Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl etc on Holloway road. It's fantastically well connected - ten minutes walk from Finsbury Park tube for the Victoria line, the Piccadilly line, and mainline trains to Moorgate, Kings Cross, Brighton, Cambridge and Hertfordshire. You would be sharing with 6 others of mixed genders and nationalities. We sometimes like to eat meals together, watch films and play board games, or just get together for drinks. This is an LGBTQ friendly household. The rent is 590 a month and there's no deposit needed. Bills and council tax come to about 70 each on top of that.
