Enormous, bright double in garden maisonette

Hello, I have an enormous double room to rent out in my lovely 2 bed maisonette (part of a 4 story victorian house). The bedroom is approx 5m x 4m with a bay window. It has 2 in built wardrobes and the bed has storage underneath it. There's a bedside table, a sofa in the bedroom and desk - however these items can be removed if you don't want / need them. The bedroom gets all the morning light as it's east facing so it's very bright and airy. There's a courtyard garden at the back which has a table and chairs, the garden gets very hot and sunny as it's south west facing!

This is my much loved home which I no longer in as I live with my husband down the road. My lovely old flatmate and friend Daniel has been living there for 18 months and his girlfriend, Kirstie is moving in this month. Daniel is a joy to live with, neat and tidy, doesn't leave his stuff lying round and very respectful of the house. Kirstie and Daniel have made the flat their home and would love to live with a couple or someone who will treat the house in the same way. It's a professional and friendly household. K&D like to socialise but it's not a party house, the neighbours upstairs have kids and we want to keep the house in a good condition. It's responsibility of everyone in the house to keep it clean and tidy. The kitchen / diner / living room upstairs gets light throughout the whole day, it's a really lovely space and Daniel has filled it with houseplants.

The flat has all the normal stuff: living room, super-fast wifi, 4 year old kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine downstairs. 5 minutes walk to the new Finsbury park station entrance (Victoria, Piccadilly lines & train straight to old street and Moorgate). Additionally the flat is 5 mins walk from the brand new development (opening August/September) next to the tube station which includes a gymbox, picture house independent cinema and an array of shops including Marks & Spencer.
Bills are not included and are just split 50/50 (if a couple move in) or two thirds to one third if just one person rents the room. Bills are approx £130 - £150 per room pcm, gas & electricity fluctuate between winter / summer. Tv license gets charged once a year. Daniel & Kirstie are fine to live with another couple although this would increase the rent to £1250 pcm and the bills would be split accordingly. Available to view at short notice.
