Unusually spacious, light room near the tube

Hi! My flatmate and I are looking for a third person for our cosy home. The room is a rare find as it's such a large space, unusual for London! As we all have large spaces we all have sofas in our bedrooms rather than a shared living room, but we still hang out and cook dinners together in the kitchen (which is also spacious and has a good size dining table.)

The room is furnished with wardrobe, drawers, double bed, work desk, sofa, shelves and a large coffee table. Even with all that there's still space to exercise in there and have people over. It's very light as had windows on all three sides so perfect for working from home or for houseplant lovers!

There are two bathrooms in the property so you only share your bathroom with one other person. It's a great area, right by the nice restaurants of Stroud Green, close to Finsbury Park and only 5 min walk from the tube which has Victoria line and Piccadilly line.

In general we are a quiet house and don't have parties here but we are very friendly and enjoy watching movies together, making dinners on occasion and when going out is allowed again we like to go out dancing together too. We would consider pets if they're well trained, and couples but there would be a small increase in rent.

All bills, including fast broadband, are included.
