Hello,

I am looking for someone to take my large en-suite room in a lovely 4 bed flat in Haringey as I am moving in with my girlfriend.

The Location:
The house is located on Wightman Road, a 5 minute walk to the fantastic Green Lanes with an abundance of great restaurants, cafes and bars and walking distance to Finsbury Park, Stroud Green and Crouch End, also great areas

The house is brilliant for transport links, a 5 minute walk to Harringay Overground station, which takes you to Finsbury Park (Zone 2) in minutes and Moorgate in 15 minutes on the Great Northern Line.
Manor House (Zone 2) and Turnpike Lane (Zone 3) underground stations are also within walking distance, both on the piccadilly line. You can be in Central London in 25 minute so it's ideal.

The Room:
The room is at the top of the house with it's own stairs and landing, providing extra storage space.

It is a large room with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and additional space for a desk, chair and sofa if desired (as in the photos).

There is also lots of extra storage space in 3 big cupboards.
The room has two skylight windows giving the space lots of natural light and 3 more windows at the back of the house overlooking a great view of North London.

The en-suite is modern, with a powerful shower and additional shower head.

The Flat:
The flat is arranged on 3 floors and has 4 bedrooms (two with en-suites), a bathroom and a large communal kitchen/diner and reception room.

The flat has been decorated to a high spec, with laminate wooden floors throughout and modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cooking equipment required. In the open plan kitchen/reception there is a dining table, two sofas and a large TV for everyone to use. The flat also has washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

The Housemates:
You would be living with two girls and one guy, all lovely friendly working professionals in their 20s who keep to themselves but also enjoy watching series together and the occasional drink.

Bills are not included in the rent and are divided between the flatmates.
It is a private landlord so no extra agency fees - he is very friendly and efficient and we have had no issues at all.
