My flatmate and I are moving out of our gorgeous apartment and we are looking for new tenants to replace us and take over our contract. I'm leaving London for some time to do some travelling and my flatmate relocating because of a new job. Both rooms are available to move in on December the 10th.

The apartment is recently refurbished, very modern, stylish and has a lot of daylight. Both rooms are identical in size (which is very rare in London) have their own private access to the balcony and its own bathrooms: one has access from the room (standing shower) and another from the corridor (fitted bathtub). The shared living room has an open plan fitted kitchen and modern furniture including sofa coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. Both bookcases are mine, but if you really want them we can negotiate a price. :)

The building is located just 2 min away from Finsbury Park station, away from the high street so you would definitely enjoy a peaceful night. You can find everything you need (shops, restaurant, parks and all other possible amenities) in a walking distance.

The rent is £1928 per month (£964 per person) including high-speed WIFI (100mb). All other bills are not included in this price, but on average come up around £60 per person. Security deposit is £2192 (£1096 per person). Ideally, we would rent it all out in 1 go to 2 people who already buddy-ed up. Alternatively, if you like the flat, but only need 1 room let me know and I will put you in touch with the other individuals who expressed interest and also looking for buddies.
