Plus only a 10 minute walk to Stoke Newington and 20 minute walk to Dalston. With multiple supermarkets in walking distance.

The apartment is directly opposite ‘The Gym’ Manor House (1 min. walk) and the Woodberry Wetlands which provides lovely walks and local protected wildlife. Finsbury Park is only a 5 minute walk away and Clissold Park is only 15 minutes.

Current occupants are 25-27 year old professionals, one boy and one girl, one of which works in clean energy and the other a lawyer.
