Dbl bedroom w/ensuite in lovely flat with garden

A large double bedroom with private en-suite is available in our lovely home! This would be perfect for a young woman who wants to move in to a ready made home as we have made it.

The room is part-furnished with two large double wardrobes, so has plenty of storage space. It’s nice and bright and - like the flat - has been finished to a high spec so very easy to keep clean and tidy.

The general area of the flat is pretty big. The kitchen has a lovely island which is great for cooking together with a wine or two! The flat was newly refurbished when we moved in in 2018. The other bathroom is shared between the two other flatmates, Sarah (27) and Serena (24).

One of the best attributes has to be the garden- it is HUGE (something which is particularly unusual for this price and location!) and has saved my sanity in lockdown.

You would be living with Sarah; a young working professional in PR who loves to eat good food (in or out!) and have a laugh watching First Dates and the football. Sarah enjoys reading, a good film and will be found doing a home workout in the garden followed by a communal cheeky Deliveroo.

Serena is also a working professional in law. She enjoys red wine, reading, discovering London post-lockdown and cooking. Serena can be found watching the latest must-see documentaries and finding the best burger in London.

Both have been fantastic flatmates in and out of lockdown. We’ve had some hilarious nights in all watching Love Island, fancy dressed up dinners out and been there for each other during the tougher times. The only requirement to live here is to always pick up some treats from the shop to eat together on the sofas.

Both Sarah & Serena work a hybrid of wfh and in their offices. There is space in the lounge for two to work easily (as you will see from the pics!) plus there is room for a desk and chair in the bay window of the bedroom, which is where I’ve been working in lockdown.

Location location location
The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park which has national rail (Thameslink takes 13 mins to Moorgate), Victoria and Piccadilly lines on the tube (Oxford street 10 minutes away). We are also about a 5 minute walk from Crouch Hill Overground, so easy to explore places out of zone one at the weekend, like Hampstead Heath.

The boring bits
TV is freeview but we plug in our laptops to watch Netflix etc. We have Sky internet which has coped with three of us wfh.
We have a Washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, Hive smart heating, and an alarm. There are two doors (main front door and flat door) both double bolted. We have two single flats above us, Rashed and Liam.

Bills are included in the price and in total the room is £960.

In terms of move in dates, I am hoping to vacate the room to move in with my boyfriend at the end of November. Move in date would likely be Dec 1st but negotiable.

We can do virtual viewings if needs be but we’d love to meet you in person and for you to also see the room. It’s even better in real life!
