HUGE bright double room w/ garden *couples welcome

We are sadly leaving our very large, bright double room in a house share with two friends (bedroom 1 in floor plan).

Along with a spacious bedroom, comfortable house, garden and bike storage, YOU WILL INHERIT two wonderful housemates, Ross and Niamh.

Both young professionals, Ross is a lawyer aspiring to a career in improv, while Niamh has successfully transitioned from hip hop dancing to data science, without injury!

We not only got through lockdown with this fab pair, we had a whale of time between easter bunny treasure hunts, Sunday roasts, movie nights and generally looking after each other.

The house itself is a newly refurbished flat occupying the upper part of a Victorian house. It is only a few minutes walk to Finsbury park tube station and is also close to parks (Clissold & Finsbury) and nice coffee shops/pubs.

The bedroom has a double bed, two large wardrobes and chest of drawers. It is suitable to fit a large desk and bookcase if you need to work from home.

The spacious garden was a lifesaver during lockdown. It also has great bike storage as there is a sidegate so you can lock your bikes in the back.

The house is currently on a rolling contract.

We are arranging viewings Wednesday-Friday 21st to 23rd
There would be an option to move in earlier than 8th November if needed.
