En-suite double with spa, on nature reserve

This modern apartment sits on a beautiful nature reserve with views of the city and resident wildlife, ideal for providing the perfect blend of relaxation and wellness.

In addition to this, all residents benefit from access to our on-site gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We also have a communal co-working lounge as part of the building with WiFi and printer which is always very quiet.

The room available is the master room, a large en-suite double, which consists a walk in wardrobe that stretches the whole back wall with views of the city.

I am quite a sociable housemate, and enjoy having friends over for food and drinks, you’re obviously welcome to do the same.

The lovely bars and restaurants along Stoke Newington’s church st is only a ten minute walk away. Manor House station is 5 minute walk, and Stamford Hill overground is 8 minutes away.

I love music, cooking, travel, art, festivals, mindfulness and all the usual jazz. I’m a chilled, clean and respectful housemate.

I work the for the mental health charity, Mind. The room is available to singles, and couples.

The room is available from the 26th Sept. The rent is £1,170 per month, with bills costing £100 a month approx.
