Lovely, bright room in Finsbury Park house share available now. Suitable for single person or couple. Just 10 mins walk from Finsbury Park Tube station and 5 mins from the shops and restaurants on Stroud Green Road.
One of the flatmates just got a puppy so must love dogs!
The double room has a big double-glazed sash-style window that opens wide, and overlooks the garden making it super-bright.
The room is unfurnished, but I am happy to leave all my furniture for free.
Shared areas are a massive open-plan living room/dining room with sofas for watching movies on in front of a real log fire in winter, large dining table for house meals and enormous conservatory kitchen extension, which is filled with sunshine all year round. The kitchen has an island, gas hob, dishwasher, huge fridge and freezer - so plenty of room for everyone to cook - as well as seating area and TV. Two sets of bi-fold doors lead out to a sun-trap garden, where there's seating, a barbecue and pizza oven - so great for socialising. There’s a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
Rent is £655 pm plus around £100 for all bills per person, managed from a house bank account. Bills cover gas, electric, water, council tax and 200mbps broadband. £900 deposit.
All the housemates are brilliant fun and keen to socialise or leave you do your own thing if you'd prefer. They are from Scotland, England and Australia.
The house has 5 rooms, two of them have got ensuite bathroom. So if you rent this room will share one bathroom and one toilet with only two people.
The house is really really big and you won't realize that 5 more people are living there.
I'm only moving out as my partner and I got a place together.
