Professional for large double room - Finsbury Park

Thanks for your interest in this very comfortable, large and bright room in a three bedroom flat-share. It is a 12 minutes walk from Finsbury Park underground (Victoria, Piccadilly) and 2 minutes walk from Crouch Hill overground station.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobes, desk, sofa, and has some additional in-built storage. It was freshly painted a couple of months ago by our landladies, who are really wonderful.

There is no living room in the flat, but the bedrooms are so big it is easily possible to have a 'living' section in each room.

The housemates:
Malachi (me), 32; from Ireland; works in government.
Becky, 26; from England; works in design.

We are both quite active socially, coming and going from the flat, and mostly working from our offices, which makes for a relaxed atmosphere in the flat. We'd like to find a similar professional aged 25-35 who is clean, tidy and easy going. Interests include: gym, cycling, cinema, theatre, opera and other such good things.

The flat is available from 29th January. Bills an additional c. £150 per month (following recent utility price increases).
