Huge, Bright Room with Ensuite (£670pcm)

Initially you will be taking over my contract which ends on March 19th, but obviously you are then more than welcome to renew the contract. I am looking to move out of this property. The room is a big double room with en suite (Shower bath, toilet). It has a large wardrobe, large desk of drawers, bed side table, large window that can open up fully. I am also happy to leave my large desk and extra storage units for a small additional price (or I can take them with me if you prefer).

You will be living with Harry (24), who I have known since I was young. He loves to watch films, play video games and challenge you at beer pong. You will also be living with Mark (28), who we actually found on spareroom, and we hit the jackpot! He loves running, cooking and trying to beat Harry at beer pong. They're both so fun and easy to get along with. Both clean and friendly individuals who like to relax but also boogie when the time comes. I'll be sad to move out but I'm sure I'll be round and continue to hang out with you all.

The property features a huge lounge (with 3 sofas!), Dining room table, kitchen, lots of storage space, another bathroom and a communal patio/courtyard. There's a 55inch TV in the lounge and a huge storage/bookshelf unit. I am leaving because the contract was for 15 months, and my timings only work if I leave after 10/11.
