Great Double Bedroom in Brand New Development

Hello! I am moving out of London in the next couple of months and we are looking for a replacement for his room. The flat is brand new and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a shared open plan kitchen and living room and balcony which overlooks the water with great views. Closest tube station is Manor House (piccadilly line).

The development has a gym, pool and 24 hour security and porter included in the price.

Bills are not included but tend to run around 100 pounds a month.

The room is fully furnished (double bed, closet and side table and lamp). It is not technically ensuite but the bathroom is right in front of the room and will only be used by yourself.

My flatmate is from New Zealand and works in Marketing. He does have a small dog who is super calm and mostly sleeps and is great company.
