Best part is the rooftop terrace, amazing space with BBQs and benches and privacy, amazing fun in the summer.
The house is in a great location just around the corner from Finsbury station, and 5 min walk into Finsbury park itself. 5min to Crouch Hill overground too. Really exceptional catch for whoever gets it, coveted area and low rent compared to the rest of the street.
Must be decent well mannered person, gets on well with housemates, up for a bit of a party now and then but not all the time and not inconsiderate with noise or anti social behaviour. All appreciate our own space, but enjoy congregating together for some dinner and tv.
