The flat itself is set over 4 floors with a separate kitchen and large lounge - so there’s plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a laundry room with washer and dryer, a decent-sized bathroom in great condition, and even a garden for chilling out or barbecuing on nice summer evenings. Each room has a double bed, shelving unit and a spacious wardrobe, and the flat has no noise from traffic. The flat has wooden floors throughout, except the stairs and landings which are carpeted to keep the noise down.

The flat is equidistant from Finsbury Park and the beautiful Clissold Park and you can easily walk to Highbury, Angel, Stoke Newington and Crouch End.

Council tax and all Utilities Bills are included. It’s a 12 month lease, although the landlord is pretty flexible if you needed to leave sooner, just as long as you found someone to take over your room.
