We have a new generation water machine to purify the water and a sofa!
The room is furnished with one new single bed,1 wardrobe, 1 lamp and a small table, no carpet inside the room.

We are 2 professional Flexi/vegetarians, no smoking, sociable, clean and looking for somebody similar to fill the room.

Suitable for someone that doesn't work from home. The room doesn't have a desk.

rent: £450 per month single room. ( + month Deposit £450)
Min 6 Month - The rent is been reduced for COVID and it will be like that for min 6 months.
