Large, bright and cosy room in a modern two-bedroom maisonette on a quiet residential road in Finsbury Park.

The flat has excellent transport links being within ten-minutes walk of both Arsenal and Finsbury Park tube stations. The road outside is closed so there is no passing traffic and the room itself overlooks back gardens so is very quiet.

The lovely greenery of Clissold Park is nearby. Church Street and Stroud Green Road are both a short walk away with many great restaurants.

I am sharing the tenancy and have been living in the flat for a few years. My flatmate is leaving after two years to move in with his girlfriend. The previous tenants had stayed for several years as it's a very good deal for a two-bed property in a great area.

I'm a friendly, easy-going and considerate English teacher. I'm hoping to share with someone who is looking for a relatively quiet, relaxing place to come home to.

There is a small living room, which has a sofa, coffee table and TV. It could also be used as a work space.

The room comes furnished with a double-bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a big bookcase, a desk and a chair.
