*Looking for a professional female age 27-40.

The room:
A good-sized double bedroom with a big window facing the garden, double bed, built-in wardrobe, and space for a desk.

You will be the third tenant in this 3-bed house (so we all have lots of space) a shared living room, separate kitchen, 2x toilets, balcony, and communal garden!

Housemates:
We are a professional, clean, fun, and respectful couple in our 30s looking to replace our lovely housemate who is moving out in May. The house has a relaxed and friendly vibe with occasional dinners/drinks together (when we can) but also keeping in mind the need for everyone's personal space. Also were more into watching movies and gardening/being outside than having a party house.

Location:
1-minute walk from the park itself and just around the corner from Stoke Newington, Crouch End, and Green Lanes. 10min walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria, Picadilly and overground) and also Haringey so you'll be very well connected to travelling around London.

Rent:
The room is £548, bills are around £100 a month and the deposit is a reasonable £350. The move-in date is the 8th of May.
