Single Room in friendly house, Zone 2 + Garden :)

Garden!

We (Tim and Ana) are looking for a shiny new flatmate to join us in our house in Finsbury Park from the 15th October! We are super close to Finsbury Park station and all the other fun stuff.

The single room isn't the biggest, but it makes for a cosy den. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, large work desk and bookcase. It makes for a cool little work station. The room is £470 + £70 for bills.

Location wise, we are literally 1 minute from Finsbury Park tube station and Finsbury Park bus station, so it's super convenient.

There is also a large kitchen with dining table with gas hob and all the kitchen things necessary for kitchen based antics. We don't have a living room but we're thinking of getting a Sega Megadrive so that is way better anyway. Tim has an awesome projector for film nights to help fight away the dark winter nights, and we have a pipe dream that we will take it into the garden and have outdoor film nights soon!

The bathroom is pretty decent with a bath and a shower which isn't one of those pathetic ones that just dribble on you.

We also have a wicked garden to get away from the noise and stress that we all know London can bring! It's really big, and great for BBQ's and just chilling in the Summer, also great for the occasional party, and there's a cute little roof platform that you can sunbathe on. This year we have been growing loads of courgettes, chilli's and tomatoes, bonus points if you are green fingered :)

About us! Tim is a photographer. He likes art and football. Ana works for the Brazilian consulate and enjoys doing a dance that may or may not be Brazilian. We all get on well, as we have done with all our previous housemates and we are sad to see them leave! We hang out a fair amount in the kitchen and do the odd pub trip, explore the markets, and cook together. We are looking for someone like-minded and chilled out.

We would ideally like a guy to keep the balance, however if the right person comes along, we'll definitely consider them.
