Large Double in Flat with Massive Balcony

Hi guys!

You might have already seen this flat. My boyfriend Antoine and I are planning on moving in to another room in this flat. David, who already posted this room lives in a second room, and we are looking for a fourth flatmate to move into the last room.

The room is very spacious (just imagine it tidier ;) ), approximately 4.8x3.3m with lots of storage. It faces a one-way quiet street.
The flat is on two levels with a shared toilet and your room on the first level, and the kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony on the second level.

The kitchen has modern appliances including an induction stovetop, a washer dryer and a dishwasher.
The toilet is shared by all the flatmates, but the bathroom is shared with one flatmate only.
The balcony is huge and includes deck furniture and a full sized barbecue rig!!

Bills come to approx. £120 incl. council tax

Flatmates:

David: "I am a professional working in the City and have lived in this neighbourhood for the past 5 years. Extremely easygoing and happy to either engage in an after-work chat or give you your own space. Typically work pretty long hours though these days that happens from home."

Antoine & Eugenie: "Antoine used to be a firefighter and will start a degree in paramedics in September, and Eugenie is a PhD student in electrical engineering. Area (as described by David):

"Fitzrovia is perhaps one of my favourite neighbourhoods in the city - leafy and quiet despite being spitting distance to Oxford street and other central hotspots. Regent’s Park is quite literally 700m away and Goodge Street tube station (and the high street) is two streets away. An ideal quiet retreat despite being in the heart of all things London.

Nearest grocery stores: there is a large Tesco Metro along with a sizeable M&S Food store along Tottenham Court Road a stone’s throw away. Sainsbury’s is down the west end of Goodge Street, approx a 5 minute walk."
