Large en-suite in a lovely building at the heart of Fitzrovia. The location is amazing, everything is nearby (4 min walk to Soho Square, 7 min walk to Oxford Circus, 3 min to Goodge St.) There’s all the supermarkets, bars and restaurants that could suit your lifestyle; the whole of London is within easy reach!

The flat is a duplex in a quiet street (a one-way with hardly any car), on the second and third/top floor of the building with a lovely neighbour (only 1 flat), we have a group chat together and collect each other’s letters when they arrive at the door downstairs. The whole space feels very homely. There’s an outside space shared with them, accessible from our kitchen, it’s full of green plants and feels very intimate.

The room is at the top floor, meaning that you won’t have noise from upstairs and won’t disturb anyone downstairs (you can also hear the rain on the roof, I personally love that sound.) There’s a king size bed with a good mattress, a desk and a chair so you can work/study from home. There’s two big Victorian sash windows (double glazed, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom.) There’s lots of storage space inside and outside the room (especially in the attic under the roof.) It is directly linked to your own bathroom with a toilet, sink and bathtub. There’s also a toilet for guests downstairs (more toilets than people living in the flat.)

You’ll be living with me, an LSE graduate working in Consulting, I’m French and I’m also fluent in Spanish. I’m going to be working in hybrid mode. I’m a very easy-going and open-minded person and I’m looking for someone similar. It’s only going to be us two and I’m looking for some kind of symbiosis. We have a lot of space (about 70 sqm) that we can decorate at our image, use to have fun (I’m not saying inviting 100 people) and feel happy. I moved in about 2 years ago and I have been enjoying every second I spend in this area, everything is at our doorstep and more importantly, there’s no "other side" of London from here.

The annoying bit: references will be required as we’re renting through an agency, otherwise you have to pay rent 6-monthly. If you’re a student you’ll need a UK-based guarantor and I’ll pay the whole council tax myself (there’s a discount if a student lives in the flat)
