The apartment is located pretty central (WC1E), nearby Charlotte Street with close access to all major tube lines (central line, piccadilly line, northern line, victoria line, circle line). You would have your own bathroom (not en-suite but just a meter across your room). The rent comes at £280pw/c. 1213pcm before bills.
Bills come at c £100 (per month per person - Council Tax, Electricity/Heating, Water)
So now a little bit about myself, I'm pretty down to earth/easygoing and look for someone similar as a flatmate. Would be looking for someone you can also consider a friend, not just someone to share the rent with, even though I also have my own circle of friends and life.
Originally from Germany, have been living in London for 10 years so far and work in a hedge fund (don't worry I don't meet the typical finance stereotype). I enjoy doing sports such as kite surfing, football, squash and tennis, and of course the typical London things such as hanging out with friends in the pub (well hopefully soon enough again!)
