Fleet Street Room + own bathroom LSE/Kings College

Hello everyone,

as I will be moving back to London for work at the end of July I'm looking for someone to take the second bed- and bathroom in this beautiful and modern flat I am renting.

The flat is located on 61 Fleet Street and consists of 2 bed- and bathrooms, as well as a large living and kitchen area. There is also a small storage room with a washing machine.

Your room will have a bed, night stand, chest of drawers, built-in closet as well as your own bathroom with a bathtub, which is located on the hallway.

The location is really exceptional if you work/study close-by and hence can walk to work but there are also also the City Thameslink, Blackfriars station or the underground stations St. Paul's, Bank, Temple, Chancery Lane and Holborn within walking distance.
Covent garden is also very quickly to reach by foot and there are direct buses to Oxford Circus right in front of the house.
Supermarkets like Sainsbury's or Co-op and various restaurants/chains are also located on the same street or very close-by.

I actually used to live in the same house in a flat on one of the the upper floors (there are only 5 flats/floors in total) while I studied in London and loved both the house and location so much that I decided to move back into the same house.

About myself:
I'm Chiara, 21, originally from Germany but studied in Canada and across Europe throughout the past years. After completing my studies in business I will now start to work in financial sales & analytics.
I like to keep my living space clean and tidy and I'm looking for someone who does so, too. I also like to travel, go out once in a while and love to cook both for myself and others.

These are the pictures I received from the landlord, however, I have been told that the furnishing might be different, but I will update on this once I receive further information. There will also be a sofa in the living area.

The flat can be viewed from July 27th on, as this is the date that I will be moving in.
