Living Room

Furnished double bedroom available in a modern 3 bed house in Forest Gate. The house has a large kitchen, a shared living room, large upstairs bathroom and small downstairs toilet. We have a garden and lots of storage space in the loft as well as shared storage in the living room.

It’s on a quiet dead end road, with friendly neighbours. Shops nearby include Coop, Tescos, Iceland etc and lots of independent coffee shops too. It less than 5minutes walk from Wanstead Park station and around 5 minutes walk from Forest Gate station and lots of bus stops near by. I work in Charing cross and the commute is really simple, a 12 minute train to Liverpool Street which leaves every 10 minutes from forest gate.

Bedroom 2 is a medium sized upstairs double room (currently used as a single room but space for a double bed) with a built in wardrobe. Comes furnished, will get single or double depending on your preference .

Since I've moved in we have treated the house as a home and it would be nice to find new flatmates that would like the same. Whilst we are fairly busy separately, we often watch TV in the evenings or weekends.

Rent and bills works out at £600. The landlord uses an estate agent which requires referencing and a deposit to be paid.

Flatmates will include myself - 25 year old female paralegal working in central london and studying part time, I'm busy a bit in the week but also enjoy staying in and cooking/watching films. Moving in will be - 30 year old male (American) studying film in East London.
