Up for immediate rent for ONE person in E7 Forest Gate (please google the location before responding), we have a double room in a spacious & modernised Victorian property, sharing the house with two others only.
Seeking male or female.
Easy going but should be tidy, clean & respectful of the others in the house.

Paid street parking available outside.

THE AREA - We are a fairly short walk from UEL and a short bike ride from the Olympic Village.
The Neighbourhood here is fairly quiet with a sense of community, and everything you need within a short walk.
There is a very large open area at the end of the road - Epping Forest which is very peaceful. Also west Ham Park is a very short bike ride away, great for jogging/training Tennis etc.
THE PROPERTY - There is a double lounge and kitchen/diner leading onto a garden with decking and a patio.
There is a large bathroom with a good shower and large over-lit mirror.
We have Fibre Wifi, American Fridge/ice machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc) two Living spaces and a Garden.
We generally don't smoke therefore it is preferably a no smoking property, but smoking is allowed in the garden of course!
FLATMATES - Sharing with only two others, one male, One Female.

TRANSPORT & AMENITIES - Bus services at the end of the short street (e. g. 308, 58) Forest Gate Crossrail & Wanstead Park Overground Train are both a 10-minute walk away. Stratford station is 15 mins from the property by foot & train, less than 10 mins by bike, or a 20-minute walk away
And if you know your train times then Liverpool St is just 20 mins door-to-door.
