You will be sharing the flat with with a stay at home mother along with her 6 year old and 3 year old boys. And a postgraduate American student in his late 20's. We are looking for a kind compassionate person who will enable the flat to continue to be harmonious, clean and homely.
The flat is 8 minutes walk from Forest Gate Station which is direct to Liverpool Street in 11 mins. Wanstead Park Station going to north London also close by. .
We have Bike storage and it takes 25 mins to cycle to Bethnal Green, Hackney, Canary Wharf.
Bills and council tax come to a fixed rate of £60 month per person.
Some small pets might be accepted if they don’t inconvenience other people.
All tenants need to supply photographic ID, two references. You will need to complete forms (dbs) to check if you have any prior criminal offences due to the fact you will be sharing with children.
