We have an gorgeous sunny double loft room with en-suite toilet and sink to rent in our beautiful family home.

The room is for females only.

The house is large with lots of space, a huge kitchen diner, lounge, garden and bathroom.

We rent another room to a lovely lady in her 20s who has been with us for a while. We keep the house clean and respect each others space.

I am a mum of two young and friendly children. We enjoy renting rooms out in our home and have always had lovely people move in. We are sociable and easy going and respect the privacy of anyone who lives with us.

All bills are included, aswell as broadband. Months rent deposit.

The room might be ideal for a student, or a professional. Someone who would prefer moving in to a real homely home. (Sorry no couples). There is built in wardrobe space and shelves, double bed and chest of drawers.

The house is 10 minutes from Forest Gate train station, very close to the green open spaces of Wanstead Flats and the amazing Olympic Park and Westfield shopping centre. We are also about a 25 minutes by train to Central London.

Forest Gate is in East London, has a thriving, friendly community with a local Saturday farmers market, some great restaurants and cafes, a sports hall and yoga centre. There's lots going on!
