We have a room available in our amazing split-level flat (with huge garden).

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

A cosy bedroom on the second floor, with two windows overlooking the garden (so plenty of light!), wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving and great double bed with reasonably new mattress and plenty of under bed storage.

The rent includes: the room, all bills and a cleaner (her services rather than her personally!)

THE FLAT

We have a decent sized living room with big dining table, the world’s comfiest sofa and a small wine enclave. It also has a big garden, patio and BBQ area (with an awesome gas BBQ). There is also parking for one car on the drive and free parking on the street.

WHO ARE WE?

Both in our late twenties and working in the city/west end, enjoying life in London.

Kirsty is a lawyer and originally from the Isle of Man (don't hold it against her). She loves a weekend away, either back home or in more exotic locations. When not jetsetting she is either going for a run, watching Netflix or having brunch with friends!

Reuben, originally from Norfolk, works in IT for a charity. He is a football fan and spends his weekend beating his brother on the tennis court. He also loves going to gigs to see new and favourite bands.

We love a BBQ (season depending) when we're all around, but equally love the mix of calmness and tranquility when you need it after work. We are looking for someone who wants to fit in to that. We are generally very busy and have jam-packed social and work lives of our own, but when we are all home, we love a chat and a large glass of vino. If that sounds good – come and see this utopia for yourself!

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

10th August 2019 - but we can be pretty flexible.

WHERE IS IT?

The flat is an 8 minute walk from Forest Hill station. If you don't know the area we can vouch for some great pubs and restaurants. There are also two big Sainsbury's and plenty of other amenities close by.
