My lovely double room is available to rent from now until the end of April 2024. I plan to be staying at the flat for 2-3 nights a month on average. So you'll have the place to yourself the rest of the time.

As I spend most of my time outside of London, I’m looking for a flatmate who’ll enjoy the freedom of having a flat to themselves for the majority of the time and who will also look after the place while I’m not there.

I'm flexible on the minimum duration of rental so get in touch if you need a shorter let term and we can chat.

I'm holding viewings from Tuesday the 5th - Saturday the 9th of December so get in touch if you're interested and want to come and see it.

The whole flat is lovely and bright (triple aspect) - there is a modern kitchen, large living/dining room and bathroom, all of which have natural light. There's also a balcony so a bit of outdoor space.

Your room is a spacious and bright double which is fully furnished with plenty of storage. The flat is one of only 9 in the building - all of which are privately owned.

Bills average around £450 per month (depending on energy usage) and include Virgin TV and broadband (fibre, 108mb average download speed), gas, electric, water, council tax (band C) and service fee. Bills will be divided between us based on the number of nights I’m at the flat. My last flatmate ended up paying between £350-£400 a month in bills based on this.

The flat is equal distance (12 minutes walk) to both Forest Hill and Sydenham, where you'll find a great selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.

Forest Hill has great transport links with both the overground and national rail nearby. You can be in Canary Wharf and London Bridge in less than 20 minutes and trains are frequent. It's also one of the very few areas in London which has free street parking and there are always plenty of places right outside the flat.

I’m Looking for a non-smoking professional female. The flat is a really lovely environment so I would like someone who is tidy and clean and will look after it as though it’s their own.

A bit about me - I'm super friendly, have lived in several shared houses over the years and always had a great relationship with my flatmates. I love a chat when I’m home though I'm often out and about when I'm in London, to see friends and for work. Very occasionally I'll work from home for a morning or afternoon when at the flat.
