April the cat. She doesn?t bite or scratch, but she will demand cuddles!

I’m looking for somebody to move in with me and my cat.
I rent from a private landlord, who lives nearby.
My current flatmate is moving out and most of the stuff in the photos will go!
It’s a non furnished flat and at the moment I’ve only got a small sofa, a storage chest and a small TV in the living room. I’m happy to add more furniture, depending on what’s brought to the household by the next flatmate.

Location is excellent!
Forest Hill station is a 5 min walk away and bus routes 176, 197, 185 & P4 just outside the house.
There are plenty of nice parks around, with Horniman park & museum just next door.

I work in retail and I’m not exactly a party animal. I spend a lot of time at home with my senior rescue cat, or meet friends. I’ve lived in London for nearly 30 years and I need to share with somebody who’s relaxed and at the same time considerate. It obviously goes both ways and I’m happy to share a glass of wine and some food, but I also understand the need of personal space.
I’m not a clean freak with OCD, but I do have my little quirky routines.
I currently don’t have access to much space in the flat, but once my flatmate moves out I’ll have an opportunity to improve the communal space and make it more of a 50/50 flatshare.
The landlord has arranged for the carpets to be cleaned (Sunday 23rd) and rooms to be painted before the new tenant moves in.
The room is available from approx Dec 22nd and I need somebody to move in by Jan 6th.
