Large double room in Forest Hill Available

I have a room available early January in a recently refurbished three-bedroom third floor flat in Forest Hill, close to the Horniman Museum and Gardens and with beautiful views out over London. There is some flexibility on move in date within a few days either side. My current flatmate is moving away with work for a year, so we can compromise if needs be.

The room is the second largest in the house and comes with a built-in cupboard. If you want any of furniture, this can be negotiated, or it can come unfurnished. There is plenty room for a desk, chest of drawers etc.

We also have a very large lounge and large separate kitchen which has ample cupboard space. There is a storage cupboard just outside our front door that is good for bikes. And there's free parking on site too.

The flat also has an extra room which is currently used as a washroom/ spare room for guests. Given there are only two tenants in a three-bedroom flat, there is lots of space. And the rent remains low.

Heating is centralised and included in the cost of the rent (the house never gets cold), and the rest of the bills are super cheap. The landlords are also great!

The location:

We are opposite the Horniman Museum just off the South Circular. We are a 10-minute walk from Forest Hill station where trains run to London Bridge and Canada Water (Jubilee line) and east London. We are well connected by buses (P4, 363, 176, 185). There’s a bunch of nice pubs and restaurants in Forest Hill, and Peckham is 15 minutes on the bus if you want something a little livelier.

Current Flatmate:

I'm a young professional who has lived in London for five years, originally from the North and studied in Leeds. I now work in television and i'm currently working on Strictly.

I'm easy going, clean and always up for a couple in the pub. I'm a football fan and enjoy running and cycling for exercise. I'm a vegetarian, but have no issue if my new flatmate is or isn't.
