Looking for flat mate to join me and my dog

Available from 1st September- potentially sooner. No deposit or fees. £650 all bills included: council tax, wifi, tv license, utilities. Looking for friendly flatmate to join me in my home on Kilmorie Road, SE23. I have created a homely feel rather than a soulless flat share. I work 5 days a week, often on weekends and my days off change weekly. I'm out quite a bit in the evenings and have friends over now and then. Future flatmate is of course welcome to have guests over whenever. I'm really relaxed in that sense and want my flat mate to feel as at home as I do. I have a small dog called Lorenzo. He has free range of the flat including a dogflap into the garden. He is very friendly and I would even consider a flatmate with a friendly dog of their own.

The flat has two bedrooms, the available one has built in storage and a bed and mattress. You are free to make the room your own incl redecorating if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and even a coffee machine. Living room is big and great for entertaining. There is a desk in the living room if you need to WFH.

The flat is on a pretty residential road in close proximity to restaurants, pubs, parks etc.
Forest Hill and Honor Oak Park stations being equidistant at a 10-15 min walk. Local bus routes are 171, 185, 122 and 75. There is a secure hallway for bike storage and free on street parking.

There is a big garden equipped with a hammock!. Also, there is a sizeable basement for all your crap storing needs.
