I am looking for a new flat mate to join me in this two bed flat. It's bright and fresh and has a lovely feel to it. I am 36, work regular hours and enjoy a homely, clean space. I am friendly, quiet and considerate and hope to find someone similar, I am very comfortable with my own company if you are out a lot or work evenings but equally happy to live with someone friendly who enjoys a chat and maybe a glass of wine. This a homely, peaceful space to relax.
Much of the furniture in the main of the flat belongs to my current flat mate so will be leaving with her. Whilst the room is unfurnished there is a possibility of loaning or buying a three door wardrobe that currently lives in the bedroom but of course will be removed if its not required. The room has its own private bathroom with a shower over the bath. We have a staircase leading down to a lovely little garden with patio space private to our flat.
Electricity is £20 a month and gas is on a prepaid card so varies from winter to summer other bills coming to around £90 a month.
The flat is located half way between Forest Hill and Catford stations with lots of useful buses that can take you for example to a large Sainsburys or into lovely East Dulwich.
