Fabulous housemate sought for a lovely room in a Friendly Victorian house with a garden. Short walk to to both Forest Hill and Catford Stations. All bills, regular cleaning and gardening are included.

You're likely to be a young professional (possibly postgrad students), male or female, who wants to come home to somewhere comfortable and relaxing with like-minded friendly people.

The current housemates are a friendly bunch, who mostly work in the creative industries so the ideal new housemate would someone similar.

Current housemates all get on well, but also have their own busy lives.
The house is "lived in" , comfortable and has a real homely feeling.

There is off street parking, for two cars, at the front of the house.

The communal areas are extremely spacious and include a comfortable, separate lounge and a large Kitchen/ Diner which opens out to a cute garden, ideal for barbecues and sunbathing.

There are two bathrooms and an additional separate loo.
