Looking for an individual professional or professional couple (+ £80.00 per week rent for a couple) who commutes into London during the week. Weekend stays are negotiable.

The room is on the second floor of a warm and cozy, 3 floor converted warehouse space - it's massive! It has all modern modern fixtures & dedicated use of a bathroom across the hall. The large bedroom has a queen bed with a mattress topper, 2 bedside lamps with two USB ports each, many electrical outlets and the fastest BT home connection available. There is an industrial strength rolling rack, dresser, back door hooks, desk & chair. Great lighting from an interior light well and big windows provides plenty of natural light or fresh air if desired.

Access to a shared, large and comfortable living room, on the same floor as the room - as well as a gigantic kitchen on the ground floor - with all modern, North American appliances is included in rent. The kitchen is occasionally used weekends by me as a practice, rehearsal or multi tack digital recording studio space for artists during non-quite hours.

The flat is located just off the main road in an artist friendly mews in the heart of Forest Hill. It is just over an hour to Tottenham Court by the 176 bus, 30 minutes to London Bridge via train & 15 minutes to Canada Water via London Overground. There are many pubs, restaurants, cafes as well as a Boots, large Sainsbury, dry cleaner and post office all within a 5 minute walk. For the physically fitness inclined there is a gym right around the corner and a yoga studio across the mews, runs through the Horniman Museum and Gardens are an intense cardio workout. Nearby non-residential parking (no-permit) is available, a residential permit for the mews can be applied for with any costs added to rent. It is a 3 minute walk to Forest Hill Station from the property. The people in this artist community are friendly and helpful.

Due to the stairs inside the property the room is not suitable for someone who is mobility impaired. I look forward to welcoming you to an amazing London space.
