This flat-share is available. We are equidistant from Forest Hill & Sydenham (10-12 mins walk), also short cycle or bus ride to Catford/ Catford Bridge/ Penge.

From Forest Hill you can get a 12 min train into London Bridge, or you can hop on the overground line to Liverpool st/ Shoreditch/ Canada water and change to the Jubilee line.

I am a 29 year old, working, live-in landlord, with my boyfriend Callum who has just finished his PhD, and another housemate Louise who is a lawyer.

The flat itself is is tidy, modern, and in a great block of purpose built flats. We have a recently refurbished and decorated kitchen which is pretty big for a London flat. The kitchen and bathroom boast large sky-light windows on the ceiling which gives the rooms a bright open feel.

We have a fold-able dining table in the living room for you and guests when desired (can hold up to 8!) In the kitchen we have large fridge/ freezer and washer/dryer for your clothes.

The best part about living here is the small communal pool that you have access to 7am-10pm. This is situated in the same building with shower, loo, and changing room facilities.

Rent includes
***All bills (electricity, water, council tax, TV license, Nexflix, internet, and maintenance fee for communal areas including communal garden, zen garden, parking space for you and multiple visitor parking spots (free), as well as communal swimming pool.)

** Furniture in room available, double bed frame + mattress, chest of drawers, and wardrobe with flat length mirror on the front.

** Deposit fully refundable at end of tenancy provided no major breakages.

The flat has 1 bathroom, though with different day patterns there is never any clashes or queues.

Pre-covid I am usually out of the house by 7am and returning c 7-8pm when I like to cook and watch a bit of TV. I like to run and go to the gym in the evenings also.

Myself and Callum are currently working from home but Louise is back in Wales for Lock-down.

There is currently no official bike storage though the management company are putting this in soon, but there is space out back to tie your bike up if needed.
