I have recently moved into a large, spacious flat in Forest Hill, with a large Kitchen and dining table, a large living room, a bathroom and downstairs toilet. The Flat is split across two levels, with the large double bedrooms at the top of the house. I have attached a floor plan and the photos used by the estate agents.
The bedroom comes unfurnished. But I have spent the first month living there furnishing the rest of the house. The double bedroom is 4.45mx.4,3m (19.1m2) in size with double glazing and a black out blind.
I am an artist and work in the daytime from a studio in Deptford so I am mostly out of the house during the daytime. I enjoy reading and cooking, and generally live a quiet, tidy, considerate lifestyle.
